Steven Pooley trained as a furniture designer/maker at loughborough college of art and design in the UK.

I'm interested in taking materials and exploring their limits, to develop innovative design products.

Steven has worked in Australia and the UK in both the interior, building design and furniture design industries. Previous projects include interior design for corporate lawyer's offices, investment banks, international airports and government offices

Steven is passionate about design and is actively involved with the development of the design community in Western Australia through his involvement in the 'FORM' designing futures program. All his products are designed and manufactured in Western Australia.

Steven recently exhibited the babel table light at Launch Pad exhibition - Saturday in design 09, Sydney and is currently developing new lighting and furniture products to be launched soon.
